1. Shipping Destinations
Mamma Magica currently ships within Austria and to all countries within the European Union.
For shipping outside the EU, please contact us in advance.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Austria: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 3–10 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control.
3. Delays, Damaged or Lost Packages
In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding.
